SANTOS Fleet Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to procure on a sole source basis to DES Systems, 33001 Calle Perfecto, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 for services to restore, treat and preserve Government-owned, High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicle's (HMMWV) body, frame and undercarriage materials to prevent structural failure due to corrosion. Repairing of minor body damage and minor fiberglass damage, priming & coating of the HMMWVs will be in accordance with MILSPECs, Technical Manuals and drawings. This will be a sole source procurement. The resulting contract will be for a base year with two one-year options. The estimated quantity is 100 ea. See Notes 22 & 26. (0194)
