Valovcin, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., 600 Second Street NE, Hopkins, MN 55343-8384, for engineering, logistics and maintenance support for the Outrider Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) program including associated sub-systems, components and ground support equipment. The support to be provided includes deployment and logistics support, spare and repair parts, engineering support for the operation and maintenance of the Outrider TUAV system, training support and the associated technical data. Alliant Techsystems, Inc is the sole designer and developer of the Outrider TUAV system and as such is the only known source which possesses the requisite knowledge and skills necessary to provide the supplies and services described herein.
