Readjustment Counseling Services for eligible veterans of Hartford, Litchfield, Tolland and Windham counties. Services shall include counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists or other counselors. Counseling will be provided individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological or other behavioral problems. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 30, 1996 and may be obtained by written request. Proposals must be received at this office no later than COB, August 30, 1996.
