The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) announces that it has received certification for interim FACNET. This interim FACNET certification will allow HCFA to use other Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) up to the level of the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) which is currently $100,000, per FAR 13.101. HCFA intends to start using this authority not later than July 15, 1996.
