This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct three (3) concrete burn pads. This work includes excavating, installing forms, steel reinforcement and pour concrete pads. This also includes the installation of a chain link fence around the perimeter of each pad with a swinging agate. After completion of the concrete pads, the contractor shall final grade, seed and mulch the area around each new pad and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1771. The related Small Business size standard is 7.0 million. Completion time is 90 days after award. Estimated value is under $100,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. A Payment Bond will be required for this solicitation.
