The work shall include but not be limited to: grubbing, site demolition, site work, geotech testing, PCC and asphaltic concrete, green landscaping, irrigation system, landscape maintenance, case-in-place concrete, structural steel, steel joists, metal decking, metal framing and fabrications, gypsum board sheathing, millwork, clear waterproofing, insulation, fire safing, single ply membrane roofing, roof hatch, caulking, sealants, HM doors, traffic doors, finish HW glazing, GWB, ceramic and porcelain tile, toilet compartments, flagpole,fire notification system, HVAC and electrical systems. The estimated construction cost range is $2.5 million to $3.0 million. The performance period for the contact will be 180 calendar days.
