Provide the U.S. Department of Energy with the installation of a complete redundant chilled water generator/condenser system and four chilled water computer room type air conditioning units for the mechnical equipment room and the IX Frame equipment room located at the Forrestal Building. The project will include demolition of existing heating and ventilation units and removal/relocation of existing electrical and mechanical components and installation of new components. Although this acquisition is unrestricted, award will be made under the Small Business Demonstration Program.
