The principal components of the work to be performed under these specifications include the following: Add a conference room on to the Headquarters Building complete with all electrical, mechanical, and structural components for a complete functioning structure; Add garages to 3 residences; Add front door vestibules to 3 residences; Move existing propane tanks at the residences and Headquarters building so that they are at least 25 feet away from new construction and make necessary connections; Remove old roofing on the Headquarters building and re-roof so that it matches the new construction, and re-carpet the Headquarters building so that it matches the new construction.
