The new system allows for the screening and pre-qualification of potential contractors and vendors for various services. The Eastern Regional Office, Jamaica, New York, is requesting information on interested offerors for the Construction of an Airport Traffic Control Tower, and 12,000 square foot administrative support building in Syracuse, New York. The cost of construction for this project is estimated to be between $5.0M and $10.0M. Start of construction to commence Spring of 1997. Contract performance time is seven hundred and twenty (720) calendar days. Contractor shall show experience in the fabrication and erection of precast, post-tensioned, high-rise concrete structures, steel structures, and building construction to support sensitive electronic equipment. Contractors should provide information on projects for the past five (5) years that meet the above criteria before close of business on August 12, 1996.
