A two story brick masonry building will have administrative areas, classrooms, library, learning center assembly hall, arms vault, kitchen and unit storage for eight U.S. Army Reserve Units, nine Navy Reserve Units and one Marine Reserve Unit. The maintenance shop, 37,000 sq ft. of high roof work bay areas, will provide space for training to accomplish organizational maintenance and for daily vehicle maintenance by the AMSA personnel. The unheated storage building will be a pre-engineered metal building with approximately 2500 sq ft. The project will provide adequate parking for all military and privately owned vehicles. The proposed site is 37 acres to provide supporting facilities such as utilities, site development and approximately 115,500 sq yd equipment storage hard-stand area.
