Work includes submittal of shop drawings. This work will be performed at the Prince Kuhio Federal Building & US Courthouse, 300 Ala Moana Blvd., Honolulu, Hawaii. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. A 20% bid bond is required and performance and payment bonds will be required prior to receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated bid completion time is 140 calendar days. The Estimated cost range is $250,000 - $500,000.
