Construct asphalt training areas, asphalt access drives, concrete training apron, asphalt stockpile area, and perform miscellaneous site restoration. This work is to be performed at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center which is located on the Air National Guard operated area of the Alpena County Regional Airport, Alpena, MI. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work. This project will be a lump sum contract. Solicitations will be ready for issuance on or about 22 July 1996. Bid opening will be on or about 25 days after issuance of solicitation. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
