This is an unrestricted procurement. Work consists of improvement of the existing conditions of various x-ray processing and developing rooms throughout Tripler Army Medical Center. Improvements include replacement of flooring material and plumbing fixtures, installation of safety fixtures and misc. repairs. Waiting room renovations include expansion of waiting area, removal and replacement of GWB walls, ceiling, carpet, and alterations to plumbing, air conditioning and lighting. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 2, 1996. Documents to be available at $42.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings.
