This project involves removing existing aboveground steel fuel storage tank, providing new 2,000 gal propane storage tank, replacing existing hot water storage tank with new, replacing existing boiler with new, removing existing boiler room wall, and constructing new gypsum board partition wall. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 14, 1996. Documents to be available at $27.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $15.00.
