Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all operations necessary to renovate kitchens and bathrooms in the 1500, 1600, 1700 areas of Bethel Manor (MUHJ 95-0208) at Langley AFB. The renovation of the kitchens includes demolition, removal, replacement of cabinets, floor finish, countertops, sinks and electrical connections for appliances and painting. The renovation of the bathrooms include demolition, removal, replacement of carpentry, ceramic tile floors and walls, toilet fixtures and accessories, shower pans and painting. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for a basic year with two one year options. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project to include all options is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The minimum delivery order amount is $4,000 and the maximum delivery order amount is $100,000. SIC is 1522. The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All firms responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are bidding as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier.
