Contractor shall provide all required labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and facilities, for base wide construction/repair projects. orders may also be issued for work at National Training Center occupied locations at Barstow/Daggett Airfield, George Air Force Base, and the Outreach Center in Barstow. Examples of the type of work to be performed are mechanical, concrete, interior/exterior building repair, etc.. All work will be performed in accordance with contract terms, conditions, specifications and drawings contained in the orders issued against this contract. Delivery orders will be based on individual projects and may be issued over a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of award, with the option to extend the basic contract annually for two (20) additional years. Individual Delivery Orders will not exceed $300,000.00 and the total cumulative amount of the contract will not exceed $2,000,000.00 annually. Guaranteed minimum is $300,000.00. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity, Job Order Contract as a result of this solicitation.
