The principle itmes of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide new paving, sidewalks and sodding; Provide new sanitary sewer service; Provide new water service with fire hydrant; provide new concession building with latrines, announcing stations,and storage area; Provide new plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
