replacement at breezeway roofs and installation of deck coatings at
second floor patio decks for 50 FY-75 housing units. The work at the 50
breezeway roofs involves asphalt shingle removal cutting out of
existing stucco on walls, installing step flashing and counterflashing
at the juncture of shingle roofs, shingle roof replacement, patching
of the wall and incidental related work. The work at 100 patio decks
involves selective demolition, new fascia, application of a elastomeric
waterproofing deck coating, and incidental related work. There are two
patio decks associated with each unit designation on Housing Units at
the, Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, SC. The requirement is
estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size
standard applicable to this contract is 1761 and the annual size
standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 150
calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law
100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
