Barr, 314-260-1206, Contracting Officer Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work to include temporarily removing existing exhaust fans from roof of Mechanical Room 40-1 and Valve House; provide a structural steel frame to support exhaust fans; reinstall existing exhaust fans on steel frame, reworking duct work as required; provide a total roof/insulation system replacement of mechanical room 40-1, Mechanical Room 8-A and Valve House; and roof repair to Destructor Building. Work shall be performed by a General contractor. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable DMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. The period of performance is 90 days. Contractor will be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost range is $25,000 and $100,000. The work shall be performed at Defense Mapping Agency located at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. This requirements is set aside 100% for small business. This project is being solicited under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. There will be no public bid opening.
