Renovation of buildings 273, 275, and 226 to include, but not limited to providing new dryvit system as shown in specifications. Repair/clean sunbaffles and paint. Painting of exterior metal and other surfaces and soffit. Repair/replace exit doors at ends of building corridors. Do not provide handles or pulls at the exterior side of these exits doors. Provide surface mounted energy savers lighting fixtures, complete with wiring and switches. Patch/repair/paint interior walls throughout building to include bathrooms. Install new fixtures throughout buildings to include bathrooms. Provide new kitchenettes complete with required plumbing and drainage systems. Remove existing and provide new finishes as indicated/shown on the finish schedule of the solicitation documents. Contract range is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $1,500,00.00. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about 15 July 1996 to obtain a firm fixed price contract. The award will be based on multiple award evaluation or to the most advantageous to the Government considering price from the lowest responsible responsive bidder. The requirement is located on the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California which is 40 miles northeast of Barstow, California.
