The proposed procurement is for making structural repairs to Building 413 located at FEMA, Mount Weather Emergency Assistance Cneter (MWEAC), 29855 Blue Ridge Moutain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135. The work will include the removal of an existing built-up roof; the installation of four laminated wood beams; and the installation of a single ply membrane roof. This work is set-aside for the small business concern. Prospective Contractors are required to possess a Virginia Contractor's License to submit a bid in response to this Request for Quotation. The Contractors' primary business shall be in roofing systems. The Government's estimated price range for the work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Construction will take place at FEMA, MWEAC, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont VA (Loudoun County). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated to be awarded. A Prebid Conference and Site Visit will be scheduled, the exact date and time will be identified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The period of performance will be 120 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice of Award.
