Jefferies, Contracting Officer (615)-454-5174 This procurement is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for corrosion control painting at miscellaneous buildings, structures, and facilities at as many as twenty-two separate locations on Arnold Engineering Development Center (Arnold AFB), Tennessee. The order of magnitude for this estimated requirement is between $1M and $5M. Major elements of work include lead and asbestos abatement, water blasting up to 5,000 psi, power tool cleaning to bare metal, priming and painting on various structures, including buildings, structural steel, piping, tanks, bins, chutes, ducting, stacks, and other previously painted surfaces. Some work is required on occupied facilities. Total performance period for all twenty-two structures, if awarded, shall be 275 days following issuance of a written Notice to Proceed.
