The principle features of this project shall include but not be limited to maintenance and repair of the existing kitchen and bathrooms. Work includes the replacement of kitchen and vanity cabinets, sheet vinyl flooring, gypsum board, ceramic tile, painting, toilet and bath accessories, garbage disposers, range hoods, dishwashers, plumbing, ventilation, electrical and other miscellaneous work. The work also includes the removal and reinstallation of electrical ranges and refrigerators. The estimated range of procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Aug 1996 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
