Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct/expand parking lot to include earthwork; concrete and gutter additions, relocating existing trees and respective irrigation lines; aggregate base; asphalt concrete; culverts; and pipe sleeves. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
