This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis in accordance with DOD FAR CLAUSE 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Construction of a 7400 square foot one story facility and associated site development. The structure will consist of load bearing masonry walls, open web steel roof joists with steel deck and insulated built-up roof. The floor will be slab on grade. The mechanical system is roof mounted heat pump system. The electrical system consists of 3 phase power with pad-mounted transformer at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 29 JUL 96. The performance period is approximately 265 calendar days.
