Work to include but is not limited to a new transformer, new distribution panel and some additional lighting panels, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The completion time frame is 270 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A bid guarantee is required in an amount not less than 20% of the bid price. This is an unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources. A site visit is scheduled for 8/20/96 at 9:30 a.m. local time, and all bidders are urged and expected to inspect this site where work will be performed.
