Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to Repair Pax Terminal. The specific work to be performed includes a seismic upgrade and exterior finish replacement including landscaping. There are numerous subcontracting opportunities for general construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and masonry work. All work is to be performed at McChord AFB, Washington. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice of Proceed. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 25 Jul 96, with a bid opening date projected to be 26 Aug 96. This acquisition is unrestricted. All requests for bid sets must be in writing.
