Z -- FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM UPGRADE AT THE USEPA FACILITY IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY SOL C600765T1 POC Contracting Officer, Bill Wise, (513)366-2025 This project involves the upgrade of the fire sprinkler system in Building 209 of the USEPA facility in Edison, New Jersey. Work shall include installing new sprinkler lines and heads below the suspended ceiling elevation in Bays A-E of Building 209; upgrading the sprinkler system with relocated lines and new heads as appropriate; removing existing plastic eggcrate ceiling tiles and installing acoustical tiles into the existing suspended ceiling grid; connecting the new fire protection zones to the existing fire alarm system; and installing grilles and louvers into existing walls and doors. Anticipated completion date is 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000.
