Work includes but is not limited to the following: Adding a women's restroom to the existing facility by reconfiguring and upgrading the existing men's restroom. A work bay building will be built just south and adjacent to the existing facility at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 1 AUG 96.
