This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis in accordance with DOD FAR CLAUSE 252.219-7008. Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Establish existing grades, as required. Mill and overlay asphalt shoulder with 3'' of ACC. Mill/reshape aggregate base course and place 3'' of ACC. Remove ashaly and reconstruct subgrade/base/asphalt, as shown. Provide continuous and immediate cleanup of taxiway at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 31 JUL 96. The performance period is approximately 58 calendar days.
