Contractor is required to set up and maintain a store in a Government owned facility. This is a requirements type contract for a base year with four (4) one year option periods. Tentative issue date for Invitation for Bids (IFB) is 05 Aug 96 with a tentative bid opening date of 04 Sep 96. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside.
