66 -- ZETA POTENTIAL ANALYZER SOL RFQ 96-99 POC Contact Point, Angela Thompson, (513)366-2005 The USEPA plans to procure on a competitive basis a Zeta Potential Analyzer for colloid suspensions, comprising solid state laser, conductance, pH and temperature sensors, inexpensive and disposable electrophoresis chamber, and cell design which eliminates the effect of electroosmosis negating the need for cell alignment to verify position of stationary layer for accurate and precise zeta potential measurements. Integrated AT-compatible computer operating at minimum 66 Mhz, 4 Mb RAM, 720 Mb hard drive, MS-DOS operating system, SVGA color graphics card, 14 in color monitor, inkjet printer. Software capability which permits display and overlay of electrophoretic mobility and zeta potential distribution. Delivery shall be to USEPA. Robt. S.
