Qoters must configure the IBM PC Server as a National Airspace (NAS) Host/PAMRI Emulator for air traffic control applications. The NAS Host/Pampri Emulator shall receive, process and respond to controller commands in the manner and performance of the operational NAS Host software and shall be capable of processing the Universal Data Set (UDS), the ARTCC, the Tower/Terminal adaptations, and the Direct Simulation and Dynamic Simulation (DYSIM) scenarios. Configure and integrate the NAS Emulator with existing HID NAS/LAN testbed.
