POC (024J) D. Boyer, Contracting Officer (703) 602-8208, Ext. 460. The
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for the
development of mathematical and simulation models for transient/dynamic

vibration/harmonic analyses, stability analyses and machinery
diagnostic analyses. Utilization of existing and developing models to
support multiple analytical arenas is of particular importance. NAVSEA
plans to award on a sole source basis to P.C. Krause and Associates,
Inc., which developed the simulation techniques and component models
under the Small Business Innovation Research program. This is a
follow-on effort to an existing contract. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
