The system shall eliminate 95% of Organic Hazardous Air Pollutants (OHAPs) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) currently released and operate at a minimum of 100,000 cfm. The system shall not produce Nox or generate a hazardous waste stream. See Note 22. The approximate issue/response date will be 01 Aug 96. No telephone requests.
