Cole Provide A/E services for preliminary and working drawings and construction documents to establish a Primary Care Unit at B-2, VAMC Salisbury, NC) This project is for additional of 11,000GSF of new space and 2,500 GSF of renovations to existing g space. The addition is on existing columns that have been stubbed up for future vertical expansion in the area adjacent to Imaging and Primary Care Clinic Area. The design shall conform to VA design criteria and shall be based on the VA provided program. Work will include, but not limited to, necessary site visits and surveys, verification of as-built drawings, accurate cost and construction time estimates, construction period services and submittal reviews. Design shall be provided at 25%, 75% and 99% on preliminary and working drawings. As-built drawings shall be included on mylar and Autocad V.12.dwg format. Fee shall include reproduction costs of submissions and 43 sets of 100% drawings and specifications. Design shall be completed before 3-1-97. Construction estimate between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
