This is a notice of intent to conduct a pre-bid conference and subsequently issue a solicitation for the modification of small arms storage racks (M12) and the construction of cases to enclose the small arms storage racks. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for 31 July 1996 at 1000. It will be conducted at building D-1307, on the corner of Reilly and Gruber Road behind the post gas station and next to the Special Forces freefall wind tower. A prototype of the modified storage rack will be displayed at the conference.
