The Smithsonian Institution is seeking proposals in response to a solicitation for physician services to implement the various health promotion programs in accordance with directives from the Occupationbal Health Service Division (OHSD), Office of Environmental Management and Safety (OEMS). Physicians will perform and be compensated on an hourly basis. The successful Offeror shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, facilities and all other required functions to perform the services as described in the solicitation documents. Those responding to the Request for Proposal (RFP) must meet the following criteria: 1. Certification as a Medical Review Officer; 2. Certification in Underwater and Hyperbaric Medicine; 3. Certification in Occupational Medicine; and, 4. Be familiar with Federal Government procedures.
