Provide librarian support and assistance to patrons of Captain John P. German Library at the USCG Reserve Training Center, Yorktown, Virginia. Duties include, but are not limited to, publishing a monthly list of new books, cataloging and processing all new and donated books, maintaining a file of authorized patrons, checking books in and out, and validating library checkout chits for military personnel. Contract performance period is 1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997, with four (4) one year options. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Bid issue date is o/a 12 August 1996.
