Contractor to provide pest control services, in accordance with specifications to be provided, at the following locations: (1) Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216, and (2) Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, 300 West Rosedale Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Services shall be provided for a Base Year, 10/1/96 through 9/30/97, and two one-year options. Offerors are required to conduct a site visit to both locations prior to submitting a proposal. The Government will consider the use of multiple awards in this commercial items procurement, subject to FAR Part 12. The issue date for this solicitation will be on or about 8/1/96.
