DESC ELECTRONIC BID BOARD (EBB) MOVED As of July 2, 1996, the Defense Electronic Supply Center (DESC) Electronic Bid Board (EBB) was taken down to be moved to Columbus and is functional as of July 8, 1996. This communication is to inform contractors of the new phone number for the DESC bid board and point of contact for problems/questions. The DESC bid board and the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) bid board will continue to operate separately, even though they are both now located in Columbus.
