The addition is approximately 1200 square feet and will consist of six small offices. Included in the scope of work are minor demolition and reworking of the southeast corner of the existing building, and installation of a new HVAC system for the addition. Exterior masonry for the addition shall match that of the existing structure. Site work will require the relocation of an underground storm drain and the reworking and paving of the existing parking area.
