This is a presolicitation notice titled ``ADAL Composite Communications Facility'', Thompson Field Air National Guard, Jackson, Mississippi, and is composed of the demolition of a portion of the existing communications facility and construction of an addition to the communications facility. The project consist of altering and constructing a 20,800 SF facility. Construction is to include site improvements, building demolition, selective demolition and new construction. Construction is to be steel frame with steel stud walls and brick veneer and an EPDM roof. Work also consists of providing complete mechanical and electrical systems within the new facility. Site work to include 58,000 SF of bituminous paving, concrete curbs, drainage structures and piping, utility service lines and connections, and landscaping. Plans and specifications are not yet available. Construction dollar range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 under SIC 1542 (General Construction). Construction timeframe is 360 days. There will be a non-refundable $45.00 deposit for each set of plans and specifications to be made out to the U.S. Treasury.
