Major work items include culvert removal and disposal, culvert installation, and placement of geotextile fabric, rip rap, aggregate base and hot bituminous mix. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 45 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is September 9, 1996.
