The work includes structural repairs to Dry Dock No. 4, including but not limited to, replacement of the pumpwell roof, repairs to Capstan No. 23, installation of two automated culvert control gates, construction of a 950 square foot concrete wharf, and structural concrete repairs to the perimeter coping at the top of the dry dock; various structural repairs to Dry Dock No. 8, including, but not limited to, concrete repairs to the perimeter coping at the top of the dry dock, construction of a steel platform at the inner caisson seat, construction of a concrete topping slab over the caisson seat area, and replacement of stainless steel drain pipes and gate valves; various structural and mechanical repairs to Dry Dock Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 8, including, but not limited to, replacing handrails and pointing stone joints at four stairwells, repairing stone masonry, replacing 2800 square feet of dry dock floor concrete topping, demolition of a capstan, installation of three check valves on discharge piping from pumpwells 2, 4 and 8, and replacement of 120 LF of ductile iron piping in Pumpwell 8; and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
