Removal of existing roof, includes tile deck over original waterproofing, roof deck and structure are to be repaired where damaged by water and insects. New built-up roof system to be installed over tapered rigid insulation pitched to drains. Rooftop be installed over tapered rigid insulation pitched to drains. Rooftop accessories be replaced, includes roof drains, equipment supports and high roof access ladder. Rooftop mechanical equipment be replaced with new equipment. Also, all existing exterior stucco wall finishes above low roof level be removed and damaged existing wall framing repaired. New cement stucco system be installed. Existing windows to remain, new doors and frames and new through wall louvers provided. Interior work includes removal of existing walls, doors, cabinetry, carpeting, trims, and ceiling finishes. New gypsum board walls, floor finishes, doors, cabinetry and ceiling finishes to be installed, including associated mechanical and electrical work. Contract includes the supply, installation, and any cabling hook-up of new systems office furniture, kitchen appliance and relocation and setup of existing office furniture, supplies, equipment, and files during the phases of construction. Contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment. The work includes all incidental related work for a complete project at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. The estimated date for availability for this project is 26 July 1996. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
