The work includes demolition, excavation, the construction of concrete foundations, masonry shear walls, and connections, roof strengthening plates and built-up roofing and incidental architectural related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. NOTE: Large Business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 270 calendar days. Performance at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California.
