PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Work includes construction of a 750 square foot, split-faced CMU building with ventilation system, electrical connections to existing Tactical Air Combat Training System (TACTS) Building and Installation of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). GFE consists of one 350 KW diesel engine driven generator, one automatic transfer switch, one 200 KVA, 480 volt, Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS), four-2 tier, 12 foot long battery racks, one battery bank of 192 cells, and one motor operated battery breaker. Providing electrical panels, one transformer, conduit, ductbank, disconnect switches, wire and cable, as well as filling/charging of the batteries and connection of GFE equipment is also included in the work. The estimated range of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted in writing, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier.
