The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material to remove and replace the roof at the Main Post Office, Vancouver, Washington per the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of the existing roof membrane, coping, flashing, and damaged roof insulation; installation of elastomeric sheet roofing system, insulation, coping, flashing and misc. metals; new scuppers; joint sealant, metal roof paint, and flashing paint; and disposal of all non-reusable materials and wastes, including asbestos containing materials. The completion time is a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 64 calendar days after the Notice-to-Proceed. Estimated range is $250,000 to $270,000. There is no charge for one copy of the solicitation.
