The general intention of this contract is to provide repairs, maintenance, some new construction and alterations to shore facilities, and portions thereof of the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Solomons Annex, Solomons, Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, Maryland. This is an indefinite quantity contract to provide and secure miscellaneous construction, repair, alterations, and maintenance work at predetermined unit prices to include wages, management, supervision, mobilization, material and equipment costs. The minimum guarantee will be $300,000.00. The estimated cost range for the base year is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The contract term will be for period of one year with an additional 2 twelve month option periods. Do not call for additional technical information.
